Each group will be given a set of questions to guide their section. You'll have 20-25 minutes to work together, after which each group will present their portion of the job ad to the class. At the end, we will combine all the sections into a complete job ad for Mother of a Child.

Your group will develop the minimum requirements and qualifications needed for the job. Consider educational background, necessary skills, and relevant experience.

  1. Minimum Education: What level of education is required (if any)? High school, college degree, specialized training?
  2. Experience: How many years of relevant experience are needed for this position? (e.g., experience in caregiving or managing schedules)
  3. Skills: What are the essential skills for success in this role? (e.g., multitasking, communication, conflict resolution)
